Hey Everyone, hope you’re well!
Some of you know me in real life, but regardless of our closeness you may not really know me.
If you’re a friend I’ve never met, you really don’t have an inkling of who I am.
I have touched on myself before in my post Why Full Color Psycho? This is essentially a quick rehashing of that followed by actionable advice that you can take in the direction of knowing me.
To reintroduce myself to you all, I am the Full Color Psycho.
Those are the three words that I feel pretty much encompass me as a being.
Starting from the end is fun to do sometimes and if we start with “psycho” that’s relatively understood term that doesn’t need much explaining.
There are many variations on the spectrum of psycho, and I would like to help hone you in on the degree of psycho I am myself.
Essentially, the layperson finds my ideas crazy, impossible, and totally wrong. Without going into whether they’re wrong or right (they certainly can be right), the most basic underlying theme for me is that I do not ascribe to the traditional ideas, I push the boundaries, and I have found things that cause me to act and think in ways that many would consider to be the opposite of the norm.
I’m Psycho when it comes to food
For example, I could eat the same meal every single day for the rest of my life. To me, food is not for enjoyment, it is for sustenance. Food should be made to be enjoyed of course, I see this as the highest honor towards the entity whose life was exchanged in order for me to have energy and continue my own life.
To top that off, I could eat that meal cold. In fact, when I’m alone, I eat the majority of my food cold. Why do I need to heat it up? “It tastes better” is often the common response to that question. However, that is not a need, that is purely for one’s self comfort. I don’t need my food to taste better, I need it to fuel me and often I’m doing so much that warming up food is just wasted time
I can top it off even more again– when I’m alone, I eat my food straight from the pan, or the container. For example if I decide to eat soup then the top comes off and I “drink” it straight from the can. Why do I need to dirty a bowl? Why do I need to dirty a spoon? Why waste the water and soap to clean those things later when I don’t have to? (Of course when I’m with others this doesn’t happen, I’m not uncivilized ha!)
And one last top off– When I’m able, I subscribe purely to the carnivore diet, also known as Zero Carb. Zero Carb, while using the word “zero” doesn’t actually mean no carbs, but to consume as little as possible. The carnivore diet is essentially a fat and protein diet, more fat than protein to avoid rabbit starvation aka protein poisoning. Setting aside the ethical and ecological/”green” factors of eating that diet (because that is a larger conversation for another time), I truly believe it to be the best diet any human can have.
Crazy right? “They” tell us a balanced diet is best, they tell us what is “healthy”– and let me stop that right there because this really irks me. Let’s get this straight right now, food is not “healthy”, food is NUTRITIOUS. “They” have worked to change definitions and run a propaganda campaign against fat, and especially the consumption of animals. They tell us that red meat, milk, eggs, and butter (aka REAL FOOD) is killing us.
They don’t tell us that the insulin rush from eating foods high in carbs and sugar is actually a negative response to the food entering our bodies.
They don’t tell us that, because fiber is indigestible, fiber travels through our intestines and scratches them which in-turn causes our intestines to slowly become calloused and thus less capable of absorbing nutrients.
They tell us that we are omnivores, but all you have to do is look at omnivores and herbivores to know that we are not one. We do not have the same intestinal fauna necessary to properly break down cellulose. Fiber is tough, cows have four stomachs to take care of it and they still need to throw it back up and chew it again. Not only that but a the majority of herbivores and omnivores out in nature have teeth that either constantly grow or grow in when they lose teeth.
We do not possess these kinds of teeth, we come into the world with baby teeth, which fall out as we mature. This is because as children we are breastfed (if we go way back in time, these days bring breastfed is not necessarily the norm. The milk has sugar in it, we know what sugar does to teeth so they fall out. This is intentional, our teeth don’t fall out for no reason. Very few, if any true omnivores/herbivores possess teeth like ours.
Anyway, don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate plants. They just need to be prepared correctly. Also, if possible, they need to be as close as natural to possible. No GMOs and none of this bastardized younger generational food. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, do some research on heirloom fruits/vegetables. We used to have TONS of kinds of apples, now we only eat these ones. We eat fruits and veggies that are bred to “look pretty” rather than to be nutritious. Heck, look at the bread that is sold in stores compared to the bread we used to make or that you could make at home. People in other countries often say that the bread in the US is cake, so much sugar…
Don’t even get me started on all of the junk food that is made and also secretly slipped in or masquerading as something healthy…
I don’t drink coffee usually (I have one cup a day currently, but that’s because it’s available to me and I don’t pay for it.). I don’t drink sodas (other than with alcohol). I don’t snack (unless I’m high).
When I’m at my best I only eat 1 meal at 4pm if I’m not working out, if I’m working out I’ll eat two meals and a protein shake. That’s roughly 16hrs a day where all I have is water/tea. Many people can’t even fathom the thought.
Anyway, I digress, if you want to read more on the carnivore/Zero Carb diet before I write on it myself
I’m Psycho when it comes to cleanliness
I keep my things clean. When I eat, I do the dishes immediately afterwards.
I do not often use soap when cleaning dishes because usually a good sprits of very hot water will take care of it. I use soap and water very little.
I don’t use softener. Why is it needed? It isn’t. It only serves to make your clothes have fragrance and dull your senses.
I wash ALL of my clothes in cold and I’ve never separated my laundry (other than by material). Never had a problem with colors leaking or dirty clothes.
I use less than the recommended amount. This is true of soap, detergent, tooth paste and things of the like. What you may not realize is that all of these recommendations and measurements are purely made to nudge the consumer into a cycle. These companies want to make money, and they want to do it by making sure you come back in a timely manner and give them more of your money. If you are using the recommended amount then you are coming back when they want you to, you could use less and last longer, this is one of the things they don’t want you to know, they want you dependent on them.
I didn’t use product in my hair for over 5 years, barring an exceptionally dirty day or after a swim in the pool. No shampoo, no conditioner, and my hair was never better. Your hair has a nature, you’ve never seen it because you’ve been using products in your hair since the day that you were born. Products you don’t need, or at least probably don’t need as much as you use them. Waste of money, waste of time. You may be thoughtful in your use of things, but many aren’t.
I’m Psycho when it comes to things in general
I am fortunate enough to have my own backyard, when I need to pee I go outside about 90% of the time. Don’t worry, I’m not a savage, I pee in the corners and do a different place each time. Sounds gross I know, but also wtf my dog gets to pee all over the yard and I don’t??? What’s the difference? You’d think it’d be more acceptable for me to pee in the backyard than the dog because I’m actually thoughtful about where I go!
Again, sounds gross, but it’s really not. It dries up, it goes away, and it helps the plants with some nutrients more than likely. That coupled with the fact that an average toilet flush uses 1.6 Gallons according to the EPA and I have saved over 5,840 gallons of water (I’ve been peeing in the backyard for at least 10 years. 10yrs*365days*1 flush*1.6 Gallons) in my life from not flushing a toilet; honestly the number really is closer to 11,680 because I definitely go close to two times a day if not more. That’s on top of my other conscientious moves to always have the least amount of impact on the world as possible. How many times a day do you flush a toilet? (Sorry ladies, I know it’s harder for you to do, this question mostly goes towards the men. Althoughhhhh they do make lady funnels, if you don’t use it to pee in your backyard, you maybe should at least keep one in your car for emergencies.
I open my snack/chip bags from the bottom.
I wear my watches backwards.
I’m Psycho when it comes to my idea of the world
I wish I knew what it was, because I really don’t feel like my ideas of the world are so psycho if you really think about them.. but this is what people tell me. I mostly attribute the response to the social conditioning that was designed and disseminated through the public education system as well as the media/social media. You may not realize it, but you have received social conditioning (often subliminal) though almost ever facet of you life.
When you are reading/listening/watching something, you are opening your mind up to it and sometimes the content consumed leave things behind. In fact, consuming content always leaves things behind that will stay and take root unless you are a good gardener of your mind. The usefulness of the things left behind needs to be carefully considered as to whether it is something beneficial or not, and many things need a very careful look. If you have never taken stock of your mind and done some “spring cleaning” in questioning the ideas in your mind and why you have them, give it a try, you’ll feel lighter throughout the process. It is hard to question the ideas in our mind sometimes, but it must be done.
You must not hold on to them if they are of no benefit to you or others. Remember, these ideas are not YOU, they are separate from you and you may take or leave any ideas you please at any instant you please. Again it can be tough, sometimes we don’t realize the length of the root of the weed when we begin the work of removing it and it becomes quite a process, it’s almost the same as taking away a child’s “safety blanket/toy”. You know they don’t need it and they’ll be fine with out it, but they act like they’ll die without it like the blanket is a part of them. Once removed for long enough, the child realizes they don’t need the blanket if they don’t put it down themselves.
Now when I say my idea of the world, again, I don’t understand how this is difficult to comprehend or why so many people forgot it but I believe that we are not bodies/minds, we are a SOUL that has a body and a mind. The body and mind are tools, your most important ones and thus they may be taken care of.
Let me reiterate that though: You are a spiritual being, NOT a body.
You are the same age of the universe, for all intents and purposes, you ARE the universe.
I believe there is a perfect world we can make. There is a world where everyone can be fed and taken care of if they so wish. I believe ANYBODY can do ANYTHING, and that anything is possible. I believe in the good of people. I believe everyone is free. I believe that every single person is perfect. I believe there is no problem that can’t be solved with enough time. I believe we can all get on the same page to be good brothers and sisters to each other child on Earth with whom we share our home. I believe there is no such good thing as “good” and “bad”, they do not exist, there is merely perspective. I believe the world is not as bad as they say it is and that there are players that are preventing everyone from believing or being able to do something about it.
I believe we can have heaven on Earth and we are all equally infinitely valuable. I love every single person as well as I can with my whole heart. I also know and believe in God, I have spoken with God, and God has blessed me immeasurably.
I believe in infinity and all of its accompanying concepts. If there are infinite realities… why can’t this one be the one that works out the best?
If that makes me a psycho, so be it, I am happy to wear the title.
I will stand for what I believe in and while I will always listen because I know no-thing and you may give me a perspective I haven’t considered, but don’t expect me to ever just say “ok”, I may end up asking 1000 questions in an attempt to understand.
If I believe myself to be right, I will never run out of energy or give up until we understand each other, we don’t have to necessarily agree but I will push your beliefs out of their comfort zone so I hope you have built your beliefs well. I don’t like breaking down beliefs and the structures that other people have built in their minds, I don’t go out of my way to do it of course, but when I am pushed in that direction I make sure to do you the honor of showing you that what you have built needs reinforcement at the very least.
Yes I’m a psycho. I’m also a rebel, I’ll do things differently just because everyone else is doing something else. I’m crazy… crazy good looking!
Whatever anybody thinks of me doesn’t matter because they don’t have the full picture.
I know who I am, I know what I am, and I know how I serve.
I know where I have came from and I know where I’m going
Now, what about this “Full Color” nonsense?
Again, I’ve touched on this. “Full Color” is seeing the world for how it is.
So being “Full Color”, there’s a lot of things in there. It’s being everything really because there is nothing excluded from full color, except for black (technically black is the absence of color since all light has all colors)
For example you can say something is green, but if we’re talking sea glass you’d better know whether we’re talking Dark Forest Green or not because you could have the rarest of sea glass greens in your hand and not even know it.
In a metaphorical sense, “Full Color” is seeing everything, it’s creative, and it really is the true essence of my being.
Full Color would be like designing a chapel versus building it (building it is black and white). Full creativity vs do x, y, and z. In code that’s black=0, white=1, Full Color=quantum mechanics aka the ability to be both 1 and zero at the same time.
Full Color is reality, and I wish I could share this in words with you better. That’s the funny thing about reality though, it can’t be said because it isn’t words.
So I have to give you a way to let you see what I see so you can know what I see without using words and without giving you my eyeballs, memories, or spending enough time with you.
Giving you a better handle on “Full Color”
So for Full Color, if you really want to know me, then what I would ask you to do is to go to my music, my playlist, my Full Color Playlist specifically (best played on shuffle!). You can look at the other playlists I have built in my account, they all embody Full Color– but my Full Color Playlist was designed specifically with Full Color in mind.
Listen to my music for like two weeks, anytime you were going to play music, don’t play what you would normally play. Two weeks. Play my music.
Not only do I want you to play my music, but I want you to critically listen to my music– do not just skim through it like many other people do.
While you’re critically listening to the music, ask yourself the question: “What makes the song Full Color?”
Anyone should be able to see it when if you do this for two weeks. You could probably do it for like a few hours or a couple of days. Just put the playlist on shuffle and just listen to the music.
And that, my friends, is the fastest way to get to know me because I have done a lot of things. I’ve seen a lot of things.
I have done a lot in my life and I really don’t bring it up and I don’t display it for the world. So a lot of people don’t really know me.
A lot of people who I’ve encountered only know me the time that we’ve been together. Throughout my life I’ve changed, every second actually I’m changing, but foundationally and at my core I’ve always been the same.
You know, people can change and I do change, it’d be stupid to say that you’re the same person that you were a year ago. If you’re the same person that you were a year ago, oooo buddy, oh buddy..
I mean if that’s what you want to do, that’s cool, but you’re behind. But of course you know I don’t mean this in any negative way because you know there’s nothing wrong with not changing yourself. You can and should always be what YOU want to be.
I’m going to deviate here for a second because I’m being compelled to expand on this point.
I don’t know.. maybe you’re perfect..
I mean, well YOU really ARE PERFECT.
So you don’t have to change yourself.
And I’m not saying that facetiously, when I say you really are perfect.
I mean it.
You can be anything and anything you want and you are so completely unique.
You are perfect because there’s not another, you know there’s only one, whoever your name is, right?
There’s only one person who’s walked your steps, breathed as you breathed the amount of times you have, only one person that has your name and that exact number of hairs on your head.
You are the only one who has said the words and walked the path as you have.
There’s only one of you, that means you’re unique, and in being unique that makes you perfect.
Unbelievably perfect.
You need to realize this if you don’t, because it is so true and you need to know a lot of people will say, “well, no, I’m not perfect, there’s no such thing as perfection.”
Well no, this is untrue you are a prime example of perfection. You are perfect. You are perfect.
Even in your (what you may like to call) imperfections you are perfect.
YOU ARE PERFECT
You know, I’ve done this speech before, show me a cloud that’s imperfect. Do it. I dare you.
I’ll bet 500 bucks you can’t. Nobody can show me an imperfect cloud, It’s just not possible. One cannot do it.
You can’t do it because there’s no such thing as an imperfect cloud. A cloud is nature, and nature does not make mistakes.
And what are you but NATURE ITSELF. You are the same as a cloud, rose, blade of grass, or any star in the sky.
You need to know that. You’re perfect.
And no matter how you feel, no matter what you think this is the case.
Many people can certainly say, “no, I’ve done X, Y, Z, man. I’m a bad person” or “you know, I think bad thoughts sometimes”
That’s okay because you know what else you are? You are a human.
You’re a perfect human, because this is what a human does.
A human “messes up” (makes experiences to learn from), humans have emotions.
You know, if you were “perfect perfect” i.e. making no experiences to learn from, the world would be so boring, so so boring.
If everybody was perfect, my God..
I’ve never actually seen it, but I’m pretty sure The Invention of Lying covers this, right? (Someone correct me if I’m wrong).. In the movie, everybody just always told the truth and the world was boring. Then one day, this guy tries out lying and hilarity ensues. I maybe should watch the movie before referencing it in an article but eh, oh well.
Anyway… you’re perfect! Just had to say it. Back to getting to know Full Color..
A lot of people like to say, they think that they know me or like they like to jump to conclusions based on a singular thing they see.
Like they like to think that I’m dumb or don’t know anything and that’s totally fine. That’s their prerogative.
And you know what, sometimes I say some really stupid things. Don’t get me wrong.
I’m a perfect example of somebody is stupid. I don’t claim to be smart. I am the dumbest person. You’ve got to tell me something like seven times and I’ll still mess up. You know what I mean? It takes me longer than the average bird, but I, try and eventually I get it and I’ve been doing that for a long time.
So I may be stupid, but I’m quick to not be. People have preconceived notions to me, I don’t take it personally though, people have preconceived notions to almost everything. It also doesn’t help that I call myself a “Psycho” ha! XD
I’ve talk talking to people and they usually end up saying, “you really are a psycho”.
And I just say, “oh yeah, definitely”. I’m a perfect Full Color Psycho because I can see so much.
This is not to say, I see everything.
No, no, no, no, not even close. I just see more than the average person.
“That’s it?” That’s it.
And you know what? Maybe not even that. Maybe I don’t even see more than the average person.
What I see are different things. If it’s not more, which I’m not boasting here, but I take in everything single thing I can, I’m very observant. I have trained myself to be this way, I’ve trained myself to look at the “right” things. The things “that matter”.
Sometimes I’m wrong in those endeavors.. but certainly not everyone when they’re looking or observing or thinking goes through and actively categorizes what they see while they’re seeing it.
Anywhoo, there’s not an easy way for me to share who and what I am, because the best way to get to know one well, just get to know anybody well is to spend time with them.
So you can’t spend time with me really. I mean, you can, but more than likely you’re only reading my writing, this doesn’t really help you get to know me though, because if you really want to know me then other than like asking me to hang out and asking me questions and talking to me, what’s available to you to do is to go and listen to this playlist because this is the music I listen to.
We are waves aka vibration
This playlist is what resonates with me, my resonance/vibration.
Music has its own vibration as well, and you can get that vibration from the music and you can bring it into yourself.
This is what I do that’s why I collect these songs and put them into a particular playlist.
Because it amplifies me, you know, this wave and this signal goes inside of me and it raises my vibration. It will raise your vibration too if you let it.
Not only that, but if you seriously critically listen and think about why this music (or really anything) might be Full Color for two weeks you will understand. I say two weeks because even if you do it for a few hours, you may not truly realize the full scope of what’s in there and realize what makes Full Color.
Not to say that like you’re dumb or anything, but there is really a lot and to have a really good taste, you have to take some time and you have to sit down with it and get familiar with it (like you would with a person or anything else really).
Two weeks listening, thinking critically, listening to music and take in what I’m trying to give you if you like.
That’s all it takes. And then you’ll be able to see what I’m talking about.
At the very least…
if you can’t see what I’m talking about, you will find at least one song, at least one, I want to say five at least, because number one, that’s my favorite number (5). Number two, I collect things. I collect good things. My interests are far and wide. And no matter your music tastes, I guarantee you there’s something in there that you would like and take with you and I will have benefited you. And that’s what I would love to do.
I would love to give you a gift. It’s a gift to the music as a song that raises your vibrations that you like, and carry with you forward in life. This is what I would love for you to do.
If you’re trying to understand me, thank you. You might be trying to understand me and say, “Hey look, you’re saying some things that like, I don’t really get, and that kind of go against my instincts. It doesn’t sound, it doesn’t sound right. It sounds stupid. It sounds dumb. It sounds so wrong.”
Right? And I understand what I do and how it can come across, because I’ve been down that road.
I’ve said that to somebody else. I thought that towards somebody else. How unfair to them, to not even give them a chance and critically listen to what they are taking the time to say. They are expending their energy in order to get a particular signal across and I’ve just scoffed at them..
But.. when I really sat down and got familiar and listened and pondered and thought about what they were saying, what the messages they presented said– not only listening but also trusting what they had to share and going and trying it out for myself… I found that my initial preconceptions were wrong because tey were not based on the entire picture.
The best, the best people who had ideas I was against, they would say, “you know what, if you don’t believe me, go try it and tell me what you find out.”
Those that say things like that are the greatest teachers really. This is because they don’t just give you the answer which is smart.
It’s smart because if they give you the answer,
number one: it’s too easy,
number two: you don’t believe it usually sometimes,
and number three: if they just give you the answer, you don’t value it.
For example, people who haven’t done a hundred pushups in one sitting don’t understand how hard it is, they don’t understand the true amount of work and discipline it takes to accomplish that “mediocre” feat of being able to do 100 pushups in one sitting.
It’s hard.
Now my saying that’s a valuable skill to have, I’m not trying to say that doing pushups to make makes you an amazing person. I mean, being able to do that many pushups shows a person of discipline. It shows a person who seeks growth. It shows a person who cares about themselves and hopefully others. At that point, if they have enough to have a full glass, they can give their glass to others. Depending on how they do the pushups, I could make more inferences, but we’re just talking about regular pushups. I don’t really want to get into specifics of what each kind of push-up shows in a person. Though I will say, if you’re talking to someone who can do 100 clapping pushups, don’t get into fight with this person.
It may take some time and a few tries of understanding before I actually make sense to you
So if something I’m saying doesn’t click doesn’t make sense, please don’t jump to the conclusion that I’m wrong or that I’m a psycho. If you do this though I don’t blame you because this is what you were programmed to do, believe it or not.
Believe it or not you have gone through societal conditional programming, whether you realize it or not.
I’m not saying it was designed this way necessarily and it’s certainly not this way across the board. But in some places it was designed such as the public school system or Facebook(any social media).
Yes. These things were designed in such a way to instill a certain behaviors in a person to suggest at the very least, they were both definitely built at the very least to present the opportunity. Right. And because they presented the opportunity to people, people fell to where they fell. That’s another way of saying it. Um, so yeah, you’ve been conditionally programmed to have certain reactions to certain things. When you don’t realize it, you don’t realize it.
For example, you are programmed to say, “what is healthy? What is not healthy?” based on what other folk tell you rather than what YOUR BODY TELLS YOU.
If you have never gone to study nutritional sciences yourself, if you’ve never tried another diet, if you’ve never gone to the extreme, if you’ve never educated yourself with experience or books. You’ve just done it with Facebook articles and the news and what Becky and Bruce tell you (making names up).
Again, I love the carnivore diet where you eat only meat, fat and protein basically. It’s amazing. Best way of eating (WOE) I’ve ever had. It makes me feel amazing. I already touched on this above really so I won’t go into it again here, especially since I continue to digress in this article.
Back to the music
So yeah, if something is ringing a bell of some sort, go listen to the music, listen to the words, listen to the meaning of the song, feel the song. Do that for two weeks, and tell me if I understand reality.
After you do that, tell me if we’re on the same page about life, if we value/think/feel the same things. Even if you don’t, I promise find a song that speaks to you, and take it with you. that would make me so happy. I promise you, you’re going to have a good time and you’re going to find some good music in there.
By listening to this playlist you’ll get to know me. Once you know me, you will know Full Color and I eagerly await the day that everything clicks for you to see it. This mindset/perspective is incredibly valuable and all I want to do it share it with you. I want you to have this because I believe it to be incredibly helpful in understanding reality, the universe, and life. You will unlock skills you didn’t know you had, your will more easily attain your desires, and your bowl will be ever-flowing.
Thank you for reading this article and being patient as I diverged from the focus that I had initially set out to convey in this article. I really hope you enjoyed it.
Have fun jamming! (Playlist is best played on shuffle!!)
Wishing you all the best,
FCP 🙃
