You should be getting the majority of everything you need from your food and supplements really for the most part shouldn’t be needed. However everyone needs a little extra “umph” every now and again. These are my recommendations for that, anything that I have on this page I have tried myself and has garnered results.
Melatonin + 5 HTP
I have trouble actually going to sleep at night. I don’t know what it is but it seems like my mind is just always “on”. I tried 100mg melatonin in the past but it just didn’t feel “right”. Through a recommendation of a friend I believe it didn’t work for me due to dosage. Once I went from 100mg to this 10mg I’ve been able to sleep like a baby and not be kept up by my own thoughts. This low dosage supplement releases 5mg instantly, and 5mg as you sleep. Give it a try and see how it works for you if you still have yet to find a solution to staying awake at night or if you need to get to sleep quickly.
Grass Fed Beef Liver
I am a huge proponent of a carnivore diet. These capsules are to help me get vitamin A which is difficult to get. The liver is quite high in vitamin A (as well as D, K, E, B12, copper, zinc, chromium, iron) but I have yet to bring myself to actually eat it. While these capsules did have a noticeable effect on my hair and energy levels it was nothing to write home about. This is probably because of my diet as it is. You may perceive greater results than I did if you’re on a mixed or vegetarian leaning diet. The best part of these capsules is that they’re sourced ethically from cows on an open pasture.

I work out and I like to eat clean. This stuff allows me to get my macros in and from local grass fed Jersey cows to boot. I don’t really trust what comes out of a lot of the plastic jugs with what I assume are fillers and less than quality product to make a profit. This is as basic as you can get and only has one ingredient. That said, this product is not for the faint of heart it is UNFLAVORED so it tastes like watered down milk, even in milk it manages to have that flavor. I put up with it because I like the clean/simple and that takes sacrifices. If you order it, I recommend adding it to smoothies. I don’t believe most people will like this on it’s own.
